Prestonwood Christian Academy Red Ribbon Week for Drug Awareness & Prevention

In recognition of National Red Ribbon Week, a drug awareness and prevention campaign, Prestonwood Christian Academy high school students participated in an eye-opening program, “How to Protect Yourself and Your Friends from Drugs and Alcohol,” featuring Dr. Harold Urschel, MD, MMA, chief medical strategist for Enterhealth. Five hundred and fifty students in grades 9 – 12 attended the assembly to hear Urschel’s compelling message about the impact of alcohol and drugs on the brain.
